Kickstart 2025 with a 4-week program designed to help you create healthy habits that last! We all know how things sometimes get out of hand, we start with bad sleep patterns, then when we feel tried ( which is normal) we reach for something caffiney or sugary and then by the end of the day we are tiwired ( tired and wired ) so we binge a series, eat something else and go to bed late again. This cycle can have so many negative effects not just on one's weight and appetite but on your mood, energy levels and mental health. So we have designed this quick kick start 30 day challenge to reset that cycle. Trying to bring us all back to square one and trying to set healthy and realistic goals. What it includes: - 30 Day workout plan ( no gym or equipment necessary) - 30 Day meal plan with recipes - Online guidance and coaching - Motivation and community spirit - Achievable goals and mini-rewards along the way Who is it for?
