Chocolate Black Bean Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup soft black beans

  • 3-4 dates pitted

  • 1 cup nut milk or milk of choice

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional - for an extra protein punch)

  • 1-2 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
